Former intern Alina Vulcan led the field work for a new publication in Restoration Ecology looking at how proces based stream restoration affects riparian carbon cycling!

We are excited to announce that Andrew Blinn is starting as the manager of the Krichels Lab. His research background is in freshwater ecosystems, with a particular focus on carbon cycling, organic matter dynamics, and hydrology. He is excited to help build the lab’s research infrastructure while supporting new students in developing practical research skills.
